Recipe for the cranberry relish that Grandma used to make for the holidays. The sweetener was changed to make it keto friendlier.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12oz) Cranberries
  • 2/3 C Sweetener (keto variant used 1/3 C monk fruit & 1/3 allulose)
  • 2 t orange zest
  • 1 t Ginger
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 C Orange Juice (OJ)
  • 1/2 t cloves, ground

Tools

  • Food processor
  • Bowl, mixing
  • Storage Container
  • Spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Procedure

  1. Using the food processor, pulse the cranberries until chopped in small consistent sized pieces

  2. Add all ingredients into mixing bowl and stir well with the spatula.

  3. Place mixture into storage container and refrigerate for no less than 24 hours.

  4. Serve.
