Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for a bit of heat)
Instructions:
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Stir well to mix and bring to a simmer.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens.
  4. Allow the sauce to cool before using it on your ribs.
