Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar-free ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for a bit of heat)
Instructions:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all the ingredients.
- Stir well to mix and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens.
- Allow the sauce to cool before using it on your ribs.
